Marvel's Robert Downey Jr unveils first look at his new show

Robert Downey Jr has unveiled the first look at HBO's upcoming Perry Masonlimited series.
The Avengers: Endgame actor and his wife Susan Downey are executive producing the show, which stars Matthew Rhys in the title role. Sharing the sneak peek on Instagram, Downey wrote: "I know it's Tuesday because I'm still wearing my Sunday pajamas. I ALSO know a way to get an exclusive sneak peek at PERRY MASON. All my love, DSB (double-scrub Bob)."
The original Perry Mason TV show starred Raymond Burr and ran from 1957 to 1966. It was based on the series of detective novels written by Erle Stanley Gardner which were first published in the 1930s.  
The new series will be set in Los Angeles in 1932, with the synopsis reading: "While the rest of the country struggles through the Great Depression, the City of Angels has oil, the Olympic Games, talking pictures, evangelical fervor, and a child kidnapping gone very, very wrong."
